Flíhtewèjíhg Ji̊ Qi̊v (Flíhtew /ˈɛʤɪ̞g/ [hat] [excitement]) is a subtropical Large City located in the Iēibonjām Region of the Tetburland.

The name Flíhtewèjíhg Ji̊ Qi̊v is derived from the Goblin language, as Flíhtewèjíhg Ji̊ Qi̊v was founded by Brêj, who was culturaly Tauran.

Climate

Flíhtewèjíhg Ji̊ Qi̊v has a yearly average temperature of 30°C (86°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 33°C (91°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 28°C (82°F). Overview

Flíhtewèjíhg Ji̊ Qi̊v was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1354, by Brêj. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Brêj.

Flíhtewèjíhg Ji̊ Qi̊v was built using the conventions of Tauran durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Flíhtewèjíhg Ji̊ Qi̊v is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Flíhtewèjíhg Ji̊ Qi̊v is buildings folow an organic layout of restrictive cobblestone streets whihch gives the city a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The city resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. The robustly designed timber walls has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Flíhtewèjíhg Ji̊ Qi̊v has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Flíhtewèjíhg Ji̊ Qi̊v’s streets. The city is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament. The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..
